Splice Supply does not offer refunds. Unfortunately we cannot cancel a transaction once your order is placed. We do not offer returns for change of mind.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To request a return, please email us, include your full name and order number.
EXCHANGE
We’ll do our best to help if we have your required new size. Customers are required to pay for shipping both ways on exchange. Include a return satchel when you post it to us. Splice Supply is not liable for any items lost during return postage - we recommend using a reputable, insured, tracked postage method.
Local exchanges can be arranged in store. Items must have all original tags and be returned within 14 days. Allow us 3 days to process. Where a size is not available, a store credit will be issued.
All SALE item sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchange on any sale items.
ITEMS WHICH CANNOT BE RETURNED:

- earrings
- intimates
